The activity of ExAdEx-Innov lies in the production of high value-added models of adipose tissue of human origin. The company relies on a patented 3D human adipose tissue culture process to generate a ready-to-use, physiologically functional, clinically relevant and predictive ex vivo model of human adipose tissue. Such a model is viable over several weeks and will be adapted according to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. In particular, it will enable the generation of human data from the preclinical phase, enabling faster and more relevant drug screening, efficacy and toxicology testing.
