Our team is made up of biologists who are experts in sample preparation and microscopy imaging, and mathematicians for image processing.
We handle samples in plates, slides or whole samples. It can be 2D or 3D cell culture, epidermis or reconstructed skin, bio-printed samples, whole skin explant.
We specialize in labeling and immunostaining, whether in 2D (on slides) or in 3D on whole samples, and in transparency techniques.
We have access to and control different types of microscopy: widefield, confocal, multi-photon.
We have our own microscopes: slide scanner robot for 2D histology in staining, fluorescence and polarization; a light-sheet microscopy for 3D histology, the only technology that can scan large samples such as epidermis and reconstructed skin, explant whole without physical cutting.
